In 2018, UX designers were hired to better scale USA Basketball’s digital platform centered around the user’s experience. My role in this project was substantial as it was a total rebrand of the site. I worked with the design team to create digital wireframes for each page of the site. Additionally, I wrote the content for specific pages of the site based on the research of the user. It was important to understand how the user navigated the site in order to guide them appropriately. Moreover, I recruited users to test the design of the website on desktop and mobile to uncover any pain points. Lastly, I worked with the product manager to ensure each design deadline was met during each sprint and we were able to launch on time. We successfully launched the redesign for over 80,000 users and saved 40% on the budget of this project.
